IMPROVERS OPEN WATER SWIM SKILLS

Service Description

Over the 6 week course you will develop your sighting and drafting skills, as well as practicing a number of different race starts. We will also perfect your pacing and work on improving your technique in open water to make you as efficient as possible, and we will prepare you for the quirks of swimming in open water so you are race ready. This course is held at Denham Water Ski club and your fee includes the cost of your swim so we do the admin for you.
